I've used the McKnight clinic for years. They are wonderful people.
I love the doctors. But the wait is ridiculous. If I am here an hour before lunch break, I should be seen before they leave for lunch break! If a patient is here before noon, their lunch break, the the patient should be seen. Today I got here at 11:10 and haven't been seen yet and it is 12:40. Honestly this is pure ridiculous. Isn't there some type of law for this?
I have been using the McKnight clinic since they opened and I have to say that I have always received the highest level of care and service from the staff there. The doctors and nurses are thorough and friendly and have always given me an accurate diagnosis. I would recommend them to anyone.
The receptionists are rude and bitchy! They are completely unprofessional! Don't waste your time coming here! Go literally anywhere else!
