She is an absolute jewel in The Nile. She encouraged myself to buy the travel insurance and I listened to her. So glad I did, because I had to postpone my cruise due to medical issues. I was able to get an entire refund.
We are a family of 4 with 2 boys, ages 16 and 19. We decided over a year ago we wanted to go to Hawaii, thinking this would probably be the last big trip we would do before our boys start going their own ways. I was given Joan's name by a friend, I was hesitant to use a travel agent at first because I have always planned our trips. But let me tell you, calling Joan was the best decision ever!! Joan handled everything from our accommodations, jeep rental, flights, and even researched things we were interested in doing to help make it a trip of a lifetime. I can not thank Joan enough for helping make this a trip my whole family agreed was THE BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER TAKEN!! The years fly by and to have been able to spend this time with our boys is PRICELESS! Thank you Joan for all you did - you definitely went above and beyond!!!
